Accommodation: Hotels / Camping:
There are several options available to racers & there partners. This varies from 5-star hotel accommodation at a discounted rate by our sponsor to no accommodation at all. The enrollment form should clarify the options.

Additional nights can be reserved and paid for with your bookings. There are 3 main options for hotels:

  1. 5-star at Radisson Hotel
  2. 3-star Hotel (race sponsor)
  3. 2-star Quality Budget Hotel (race sponsor)

All will be offering discounted accommodation to those that are part of the race series plus their partners / supporters.

Hotel Rates:

  • 5-star at Radisson Hotel
  • Dble / twin share: $50/person incl. Of all taxes plus breakfast
  • Single Room: $85/person incl. Of all taxes plus breakfast
  • 3-star Hotel (race sponsored)
  • Dble / twin share: $30/person incl. Of all taxes plus breakfast
  • Single Room: $55/person incl. Of all taxes plus breakfast
  • 2-star Quality Budget Hotel (race sponsored)
  • Dble / twin share: $20/person incl. Of all taxes plus breakfast
  • Single Room: $30/person incl. Of all taxes plus breakfast.

Note:
all hotels are well located and offer very clean and comfortable rooms with attached bathrooms, phone, TV, room service, dinning facilities etc.

Camping during the races:
Camping facilities will be set up at the end of races 1 & 2. Both locations offer something special based on their culture and / or scenic qualities. The reason for the camps is to enjoy what Nepal is known for (it's great trekking / camp skills & hospitality) that will allow competitors to gain a unique Nepal experience amidst it's best traditions and mix with fellow races from around the world with entertainment from the local village. It minimizes daily travel in/out of Kathmandu between races and allows for full camping facilities. We'd encourage everyone including local expat's and Nepali racers to take up the camping option and enjoy the festivities.

What's provided:
1. Mixture of 2-man to larger sleeping tents (up to 6 per tent)
2. Sleeping mats (high density foam)
3. Dining tents
4. Kitchen tents for camps crew food preparations
5. Toilet tents
6. Shower tents
7. Camp chairs
8. Breakfast & Dinner (vegetarian meals) of ample quantity to sustain racers & guests.
9. Mineral water

Note included:
1. Air filled sleeping mats
2. Pillows
3. Sleeping bags
4. A menu…. It will be a fixed wholesome menu
5. Soft drinks / alcoholic beverages
6. Medical facilities other than basic 1st aid.

Meal Plan:
Day01 - Nov. 22nd : Opening ceremony / Carbo-load dinner $10 extra
Day02 - Nov. 23rd : Early breakfast at Hotel / Race1 - Dinner provided
Day03 - Nov. 24th : Breakfast & Dinner Race2
Day04 - Nov.25th : Breakfast Race3. Informal dinner/snacks with awards ceremony at Radisson Hotel

At Race 3 (25th November) after the race there will be transfer into Kathmandu to relax and prepare of the final Gala Awards Evening at Radisson Hotel.
