Important Information:
This is an international classed event and offers a challenging course.
Entrants are strongly advised to undertake prior training.
Applicants should be capable of riding for a sustained period of 2-3 hours.
School teams must be made up of 3 students (10 + 2 or less) currently attending the nominated school.

Race Package:
This years event provides for a unique Nepalese Cultural Experience with overnight camps established at the finish point of Races 1 & 2 (Race 3 eve, returns to Kathmandu for awards night) with full camp facilities, sleeping tents, dining tents, meals & village culture program. Each village will host in their own cultural traditions, dances, displays in a welcome to all athletes rarely seen and never experienced to this degree.

22nd (Friday) November - approx. 5pm, will see The Opening Ceremony Tikka-Tape parade through the streets of Thamel as the local community bestows a hero's welcome upon all competitors in a grand parade that will conclude at North Field Cafe for the evening Carbo-load dinner.

NTB pack to international entrants, special all-inclusive entrance fee when staying at Radisson Hotel plus a choice of other 4 and 3 star hotel bookings with hotels supporting the event, Awards galla night 25th Nov., transfers to & from Kathmandu for the events.

Post race refreshments (fruit and drinks) (repeated twice)
Radisson Gala Awards night free to all SERIES entrants.

Entry Procedure:

Registration is on a first come first served basis. Registration deadline is one week prior to Race 1. Race entry should be returned by attached file or fax / mail to HMB
or Action Asia and confirm there arrival date and attendance at the various events (i.e. Opening Ceremony / Races / Awards).

Entrants are required to send biography data highlighting athletic, personal or professional achievement and biking experience. This is not so much a pre-race qualification process but more so relevant data for the media coverage & commentator support.

Confirmed international competitors will be notified.

Entry can be made to any ONE or more races by paying a separate entry fee per event.
A discounted entry fee applies to those that enter and pay for the FULL SERIES at one time. The OPENING CEREMONY is free to anyone who wishes to participate WITH YOUR BIKE. The OPENING CEREMONY CARBO-NIGHT is a separate additional charge.
