 Race Timetable:
We'd suggest that all competitors arrive in Kathmandu by November 21st to ensure bikes etc checked and final preparations made before the race day

22nd Nov: Friday: Free day / Opening Ceremony
1600hrs (4pm): Start of opening ceremony commencing Tri Devi Marg Thamel. Official opening with delegates traveling by decorated rickshaws through Thamel together with riders of all categories / wheelchair athletes escorted by the Police Band.
Thamel will be closed to traffic so that locals can welcome the athletes before they are officially honored and presented with a malla.
1900hrs: Carbo-load dinner at the same location as the end of the opening ceremony

23rd Nov: Saturday: Race 1

0630hrs: Board buses and transfer to start line
0730hrs: Arrive at start
0800hrs: Complete race preparations / registrations
0930hrs: Race start

  3. Wheelchair athletes
1600hrs: Race1 awards / local entertainment - culture program
1900hrs: Dinner / free time

24th Nov: Sunday: Race 2

0800hrs: Complete race preparations / registrations

25th Nov: Monday : Race 3
